ReliOn Secures Additional Funding from Investors

LGS Innovations and Wavesat Announce Collaboration for Development of 4G Mobile Devices

Herndon, VA and Sunnyvale, CA – November 2, 2010 – LGS Innovations LLC (LGS), an independent U.S. subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent dedicated to serving the U.S. Federal Government, and Wavesat, Inc., a leading supplier of broadband wireless semiconductor solutions, today announced a collaboration agreement in the development of 4G mobile device equipment and technology for private and public network applications.

NorthWestern Energy Selects Lockheed Martin’s SEEsuite Smart Grid Command and Control Solution

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., Aug. 9 — NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) has selected Lockheed Martin’s (NYSE: LMT) SEEsuite Smart Grid Command and Control™ platform to provide demand response management and integrated situational awareness for the utility’s Smart Grid Demonstration Grant Project.

NorthWestern Energy is a participant in the $178 million Pacific Northwest Smart Grid Demonstration Project. The effort, involving more than 60,000 customers in five states, will test new combinations of devices, software and advanced analytical tools to enhance the grid’s reliability and performance.
