Industry Participants Encouraged to Nominate Outstanding Individuals

AUSTIN, TX—February 9, 2011—Today the Wireless History Foundation (WHF) announced that nominations for the 2011 Wireless Hall of Fame will be due no later than March 31. Nominations will be accepted in four categories: Service Provider, Technology, Industry Associate, and Pioneer. A candidate must be recommended by one nominator and two seconders. Last year the WHF inducted four individuals at the inaugural Wireless Hall of Fame Dinner, bringing the total number of inductees to 28. The Wireless Hall of Fame program began in 2000.
