AnyDATA Strengthens Growth in Americas with Addition of John Scott as COO/President and Raymond Kim as VP of Sales and Marketing
Irvine, CA—March 22, 2011—AnyDATA Corporation, a leader in the quality design and manufacture of high-performance wireless devices for network operators and OEMs worldwide, has named John Scott as COO/President and Raymond Kim as VP of Sales and Marketing. The executive appointments support AnyDATA’s strategy to increase sales and brand exposure in the Americas.
Scott and Kim’s extensive backgrounds in wireless business development, management, sales, and marketing bring key strengths that complement AnyDATA’s already robust engineering organization.
Scott has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and business development with wireless and Internet companies. While serving with Option Wireless, he closed agreements with all the GSM network operators in North America.
At AnyDATA, Scott is responsible for identifying and pursuing potential opportunities, enhancing company competitiveness, and increasing revenues. His extensive consulting experience in domestic and international markets will support AnyDATA’s strategy to deliver measurable sales growth, improve customer service offerings, and expand business into new markets.
Kim most recently served as General Manager of ZTE USA Inc., where he established partnerships and grew ZTE’s wireless handset and infrastructure development business with the nation’s top network operators. Kim’s engineering background, coupled with his extensive sales and marketing experience, will be instrumental in the expansion of AnyDATA’s market presence in the Americas.
