SMobile Portfolio Will Be Integrated Into Junos Pulse to Deliver Robust Security for Smart Phones and Tablets

SUNNYVALE, CA, Jul 27, 2010 — Juniper Networks today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Columbus, Ohio-based SMobile Systems, Inc., a privately held software company focused solely on smart phone and tablet security solutions for the enterprise, service provider and consumer markets. The total transaction consideration at closing will be approximately $70 million in cash.
