Mu Dynamics Appoints Test Industry Product Veteran Simon Berman Vice President of Products
Executive to Leverage Decade-Plus of Product Experience to Support Continued Company Growth
SUNNYVALE, CA – November 12, 2009 – Mu Dynamics, the leading provider of IP services testing, announced today the appointment of Simon Berman to lead its Product efforts. Berman is responsible for all aspects of the company’s product management and marketing initiatives and will oversee the strategic planning and execution of product delivery.

Berman has more than 15 years of product management and marketing experience. Prior to joining Mu Dynamics he spent 2 years with AtHoc, a leading provider of emergency notification solutions as vice president of product marketing where he helped grow the business and penetrate new markets. Prior to AtHoc, he spent over 12 years at Mercury Interactive. As senior director of product marketing, he led their IT Service Management initiative and helped establish a leading market presence in less than 2 years. Berman also launched numerous successful product and marketing initiatives and was responsible for the company’s load and performance testing products, establishing them as the industry standard with a market share of more than 70% and annual revenues in excess of $250M. Prior to Mercury, Berman spent 3 years at Radcom, developing portable network communications test equipment.

Berman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from Imperial College, London, and a Master of Science degree in computer science from University College London.
