FUSIONONE PARTNERS WITH FIVE NEW CONTENT PROVIDERS
SAN JOSE, Calif. – September 10, 2008 – FusionOne, the leading provider of mobile phone backup services, today announced partnerships with five new mobile content providers:
• Sonic Boom, a leading developer and publisher of community-based, personalized games and applications for mobile and web platforms
• Bonfire Media, an award-winning provider of popular, easy-to-use wireless applications such as eBay Wireless and WikiMobile
• GoTV Networks, the first and largest mobile media network that produces content and develops technology for mobile and broadband platforms
• MobiTV, the market maker and leader in content delivery solutions for the mobile and broadband industry
• Networks In Motion, an award-winning wireless navigation and local search company, with products on most major wireless carriers
Content from these companies will now work with FusionOne’s MightyBackup Content service, ensuring the seamless migration of subscribers’ licensed content when switching from one mobile device to another.

MightyBackup Content, previously known as MightyBackup Premium, is the first commercial solution that addresses the complex challenges associated with migrating licensed content from one mobile phone to another. Content providers can now preserve and extend existing relationships with their subscriber customers independent of a subscriber’s mobile device. Furthermore, subscribers will no longer be inconvenienced by having to remember, repurchase and re-download applications from their previous phone. FusionOne is the only company in the mobile content backup space that offers this solution.

Today FusionOne also announced the FusionOne Content Developers Network, which certifies that licensed content from member companies, consisting of third-party content developers and providers, is compatible with FusionOne’s MightyBackup Content solution.
